Biloxi, MS; Mobile, Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, and Montgomery, AL
Stars Fell On Alabama is a closed event - a "private party/event" - at the Island House in 2012. We need to ensure that the SFOA event will not be in violation of any local fire codes or restrictions placed on our use of the tent for music and the Island House. You must be registered to attend! Our event will still be "open" at the two public venues used for Stars Fell On Alabama - LuLu's and the Flora-Bama. Both of these places will still be open for their regular business activities and serving their own customers in addition to hosting “Stars Fell On Alabama”.

March 14th – Wednesday
For The Early Phlock
6:30 p.m. – Meet For Boat Drinks, Sand Bar Lounge, Island House Hotel
March 15th –Thursday
7 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Breakfast Buffet in the Island Grille
9 a.m. – Noon - Registration, West Meeting Room, Island House Hotel
1 – 5 p.m. – Registration, West Meeting Room, Island House Hotel
1 – 5 p.m. – SFOA Merchandise & Musicians CD Sales, Lobby, Island House Hotel
1 – 5 p.m. – Mini Mart, East Meeting Room, Island House Hotel … plus, we may have a “Mini Mart West” – check back for updates!
1 – 5 p.m. – Silent Auction Bidding Begins - Come start your bidding! Silent Auction location: East Meeting Room at the Island House Hotel. On your name tag you will have a bidding number to use for your bids during the Auction. WINNING BIDS CAN BE CLAIMED WITH CASH OR CHECKS ONLY! Winners will be able to pickup their items on Saturday, March 17th, 2012 from 4 – 6 p.m. in the Silent Auction area. Stop in after Lulu’s to see if you’ve won your bid!
All Day … Raffle Tickets (Poolside and at Silent Auction)
Winning raffle ticket numbers will be posted in the lobby of the Island House on Saturday, March 17th by ~ 8 a.m.; pick up your raffle prizes in the Meeting Room behind the front desk between 8 – 10 a.m. before you get on the bus to Lulu’s. If you miss this time, you will be able to pickup your raffle prizes from 4 – 6 p.m. in the West Meeting Room.

NO ICE CHESTS OR GLASS IN THE POOL AREA!
EVERYONE WILL NEED YOUR NAME TAGS FOR THE ALL OF THE PARTIES POOLSIDE AND AT THE BEACH … IF YOU ARE A LATE ARRIVAL, COME TO THE TABLE IN THE TENT FOR A WRISTBAND.

1 - 5 p.m. - "The Great Filling Station Holdup” … put your money down on a warrant … ‘cause someone is going to JAIL! Will you serve time for a party foul, or for having too much PHUN??? Those infamous Stars Breathalyzer Officers will be back on the job!
